My Name is loraleah sleeping-bear hendrick. register native : Chippewa of the THames First Nation. i was born in london ontario, the first house i remeber living in was a dueplex in Strathroy. i lived with my mum and dad and 2 older sister and a baby brother...the house was right in front of a working rail road and everyday at around 5 in the morning i would get up and watch the train go by with its wistle blowing... my brother a the time was just a baby and still in a crib but he would never wake up the sound...that right there is probably my earlies memory...
then i can remember movin to the reservation from strathroy into the same house my dad still lives in...i was told that it was built for us(the kids) by my grandad..so that when ever my dad dies we would inherit the house..

so about living there...ive had about 3 dreams about that place and keep a journal in my room where they're addressed to my dad..like if i were to see him agian and he would be at all interested in the past 6-7 years...anyway...i can remember getting dropped of at daycare when i was young and making a bear face with cotton balls ._. my brother did the same bear but he made the face with buttons.... i was jelous and hid his...my Grandmother was my kindergarden teacher which i think was very fitting but i had no clue what to call her(Gramma or Mrs. H?)... i slacked off so much in kindergarden...i wasnt supposed to pass but she passed my anyway...thus began my horrible academic life..but i was always good at art...accept i when the principal did a one on one test with us i didnt know all my colours XD...i didnt know pink and purple....i went to a skool on the rez called Wiiji Nimbawiyaang....the first word i learned how to spell was "Bear"...i loved to spell that word...i had to much and now im tired...will add more later
